Homework this week is maths and spellings. Year 1 have one more than homework and year 2 have partitioning numbers using part whole models.

A conjunction is a word that connects a sentence together. Add 'and, so, if, but, or, because' to the sentences. Challenge yourself to finish the sentences.

Homework this week is maths and spellings. Year 1 children have some work on comparing numbers and year 2 have some work using inequality symbols and counting in 2s. TT Rockstars is now up and running, so log in details are in the back of your child's yellow reading record.
Friday 6th October 2023
Homework this week is English and spellings. The children have been using adjectives in their work this week, so they have to write sentences about the superhero scene trying to use one or two adjectives to describe the nouns. Mr Forster's TT Rockstar assembly will be the week before half term, so play away to earn those points if you can!

Homework this week is spellings and maths. Year 1 have number bonds to 10 and Year 2 have number bonds to 100 (in tens). Please have a go at playing TT Rockstars throughout the week too, as it is good practise to log on and practise that 10 times table!
