Computing Intent:
Being such a core part of everyday life, East Hanningfield’s curriculum for computing has been developed to equip children with the skills and understanding they will need to safely use computers and other forms of technology.
East Hanningfield’s computing curriculum ensures that children become digitally literate, expressing themselves and their ideas through information and communication technology. Children will leave East Hanningfield as computational thinkers who are able to use their skills and knowledge in a variety of different contexts, so that they are fully prepared for a constantly evolving digital world outside our gates.
